Tipping the hat to both Ashford & Simpson and Teddy Pendergrass, who also had a hit with the tune in 1980, producer Butch Ingram lends his Philly Soul vibe to the proceedings in grand style for this awesome remake, bringing a fresh sound to a tune that never grows old.
