Giovanni Gaudelli graduated with a B.A. in English Literature and Italian as a Second Language and a Diploma in Education from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He began his career teaching high school English, where he fostered increased learning abilities in his students. In 1980, wanting a new challenge, Giovanni started working with the London Life Insurance Company. His results as an insurance representative were impressive and he rapidly moved on to leadership positions. With his unique approach to management and his coaching techniques, Giovanni motivated his sales teams to achieve superior results and he quickly became extremely successful in the financial services industry. He went on to manage a London Life regional center and, until 2010, directed and owned an extremely successful SFL-Desjardins Financial Security franchise where his positive attitude, perseverance and leadership skills helped him maintain constant growth, increase employee retention and foster remarkable staff performance.
