Knights of the Zodiac (Saint Seiya), Volume 26
Volume 26 of Knights of the Zodiac delivers the climactic chapters of the Hades arc, where Seiya and the Bronze Knights face their ultimate challenge in the depths of the Underworld. This volume from Viz Media continues Masami Kurumada's legendary shonen manga series that has captivated readers across Japan, Spain, France, and Italy.
The Greatest Eclipse Storyline
The Greatest Eclipse threatens to block out the sun and transform Earth into a second Hades. Athena sacrifices herself to the lord of darkness, but her offering shifts the battle in unexpected ways. To confront Hades in his true form, the Knights must pass beyond the Wall of Lamentation—a barrier only gods can cross—and reach the paradise of Elysium.
Seiya and his companions push beyond mortal limitations as they attempt to summon the 12 Gold Cloths. These sacred armors hold the power to work miracles even in the darkest depths of the Underworld, providing the Knights their only chance to prevent the apocalyptic alignment of planets.
About the Bronze Knights Series
The series follows Seiya, the main protagonist and one of Athena's Knights. Alongside fellow Bronze Knights, Seiya trains rigorously to earn their "Cloths"—mystical armor that grants them superhuman abilities. This volume represents a pivotal moment in their journey, testing everything they've learned throughout the series.

Masami Kurumada made his manga debut in 1974 with Sukeban Arashi (Delinquent Storm), the story of the life of a teenage girl. His first big hit came in 1977 with the popular series Ring ni Kakero (Put it All in the Ring). In 1986, he truly hit it big when he created Saint Seiya (Knights of the Zodiac), which was first serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, then went on to span 28 volumes, 114 TV episodes, four movies and a video game!
