A new cast of colorful characters have arrived for Capkins Series 2!
Mysterious and mischievous, the Capkins dwell in the deepest and darkest corners of the Fungi Forest. Meet the newest residents of Capkin Village, all inspired by real-life mushrooms!
Each box comes with one figure on a base and one card. All figures are based on real mushrooms. Each art card features their Latin name, i.e. Amanita muscaria
Variants:
- Starry (Amanita galactica) 1:6 - New to Capkin Village, Starry is visiting her cousins Fly and Cap for summer vacation. But the skies are so beautiful here, she might just stay forever!
- Dewdrop (Hemimycena tortuosa) 1:8 - Dewdrop is the brilliant director of the Fungi Forest Science Center. Usually found with her nose buried in a book, she actually prefers the great indoors, as nature tends to exacerbate her allergies (hence the tears in her eyes).
- Pinky (Pleurotus djamor) 1:6 - Rosy’s bestie. Pinky is the ultimate ride-or-die girl’s girl. She’s just thrilled to be included.
- Gilly (Cantharellus cibarius) 1:6 - Gilly is the executive chef at Chez Champignon, the best restaurant in the village.
- Dot (Cortinarius iodes) 1:6 - Gassy’s cousin, Cap’s sworn nemesis, and the undisputed villain of the village. Dot struts through life with fabulous outfits and unapologetic evil energy. Is he stylish? Absolutely. Is he nice? Absolutely not.
- Waxy (Gliophorus psittacinus) 1:6 - Poor Waxy. The resident raincloud of the group, Waxy is clumsy, mopey, and always convinced that something’s gonna go wrong (it always does).
- Oozie (Hydnellum peckii) 1:36 - Secret figure! Oozie is the eerie oddball of the village, widely known for her favorite hobbies - lurking, creeping, and scheming. She’s happiest when skulking in shadowy corners and whispering secrets to her pet beetle (named Bram).
This set contains 6 common designs and 1 secret.
One figure per blind box: The box is sealed and no one knows what’s inside the box until it’s opened (including us!)
The whole case contains all common figures with the possibility of a rare figure replacing a common. There are no duplicates in a whole case.
