Journeys in the Light Within: Meditations by Elizabeth Anderton Fox - Paperback

Journeys in the Light Within is a collection of writings, which were written mainly between 1982 and 2015, with some more recent writing. They were primarily designed for use within Rituals of the Light Within in workshop settings. They are now offered in the form of solo meditations; it is hoped that they will prove useful to others and interesting as reading material.

The meditations are based on a wide range of spiritual and esoteric teachings. They contain elements of the Kabbalah as used in western mystery teachings. They are based upon some facts of astrology, science and astronomy. Above all, they are a reflection of a personal spiritual journey. They are based on personal experiences of the Light that shines within each and every one of us and designed to help anyone to experience the Light Within for themselves.
