Cheryl L. Orms is first a child of God, then a wife, mother, nana, musician, and educator. She earned a bachelor's and master's degree in music at the University of Louisville, in Louisville, Kentucky. She soon realized a deeper love for God's work, which led her to serve as a worship leader for several churches. She also taught public school music for thirty-three years. She's retired and lives near Richmond, Virginia, where she and her husband serve God through their music ministry and church.
