She started teaching Sunday School when she was 16 and has taught youngsters most of her life. She is now the AWANA Ministry Director for her church. Writing and teaching have melded into her life's purpose, and she chose Psalm 71:17-18 as her life verse. Chris and her husband, Roy, spend as much time as possible with their three beautiful daughters, six delightful grandchildren, and a sweet great-granddaughter. Her hobbies include needlework, photography, and exploring her home state of Colorado and beyond.Hanners, Virginia J.: - Virginia J. Hanners has had a love for drawing since a very young age.
