She studied psychology and English at St. Lawrence University, and her career took her from Washington, DC-where she worked in PR, event planning, and international education-to San Francisco, where she earned her Master's and got into the tech world as a user experience designer and product manager, blending creativity with strategy.But writing has always been her truest passion. Whether she's brainstorming new story ideas, crafting playful characters with her daughter, or tackling an ambitious home renovation project, Eliza is happiest when creating something new.
