Latham, Tom: - Tom Latham became a Christian while serving in the U.S. Navy, where he began holding Protestant Divine Services whenever his ship was at sea. After completing his naval service, he spent the next four years at Bible College to further his spiritual journey. He achieved a significant milestone in his studies by earning a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree from Luther Rice Seminary. Tom met Penny Stimpson, and together they began a mission to serve God in Brazil, a ministry that spanned more than 50 years. Their family grew to include three children, six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. Although Penny was promoted to glory, Tom continues to serve Christ in Brazil.Carlson, Dave: - Dave Carlson is accomplished in multiple fields-a true "jack of all trades" and "master of many." Since 1992, his DynoTech ventures-Consulting, Publishing, and Software-have released more than 30 titles in all 50 states and 95 countries. He holds five advanced degrees and has written thousands of pages of fiction and nonfiction. Dave is enjoying retirement after more than 50 years of work, starting with his first full-time job in 1970 and more than 35 years as a U.S. Army Engineer Officer. He retired from both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Federal Civil Service. He stays busy with consulting projects in computer technology, computer-aided illustration, book editing, and publishing.
