My mental health became ill after some traumatic experiences. For over 40 years, I have been experiencing the northern crosswinds (mental illness) of my thoughts. Nevertheless, it has been my aim to maintain a balance against those forces. I have been relatively on course thanks to prayer, a sense of humor exercising, and medicating. My hope for you is to inform and educate you about mental illness through zingers, inspirational insights, and explorations of a mentally ill heritage within the realm of poetry.
