About the Author
Ochani, Amar: - The journey from the world of finance and international banking to the inner world of spirituality and meditation has been a fascinating experience for Amar Ochani. As he reminisces "Like most people, I spent a substantial part of life with the feeling that something is missing. This feeling stayed with me until I realized that meditation and spirituality interested me more than money and recognition did. Money and fame still pull me, but their lure is far lesser now." Amar is a keen Vipassana meditator which he learned from renowned Vipassana teacher, the late S. N. Goenka. He did his post-graduation in political science from Bombay University and led various inspirational seminars for the Landmark Forum in India. He lived and worked in London, UK before settling down in Canada. Inner Explorations of a Seeker is his debut book.
