Brown, Lucious C.: - Lucious C. Brown is a native of Georgia, and through most of his life was raised in Southern California. A graduate of the California State University at Fullerton, he is a retired Realtor and the Managing Director of a Real Estate Investment Company (Legacy Security Investors, LLC). Early in his professional life, Lucious assumed responsibility as the Insurance Department Manager for Bank of America's Real Estate Loan Administration. His responsibilities were to oversee that insurance requirements were met and maintained for all Residential and Commercial properties serviced by Bank of America throughout the nation. In addition to his departmental and managerial responsibilities he developed a strong knowledge of project management and implementation. Subsequently he was called upon to act as Project Coordinator for several significant projects on behalf of Bank of America which achieved excellent results. Following a long and successful career with Bank of America resulted in developing a thorough knowledge of the inner workings of the Real Estate and banking environment. And to further his career, the decision was made to take a different path and actively pursue his interest in the Real Estate industry. Currently as a resident of Georgia, Lucious has always had an interest in writing and the law. Now as a retiree, he devotes his time to family and his interests in creative writing. With insights he has gained, along with years of experience, there are many stories to be told. With this book, as a first time author he is excited to see what the future holds as he brings this, and other stories to life.
