Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT) is a major breakthrough in the treatment of traumatic memories, depression, anxiety, and OCD. Memories and feelings can be released without the person having to re-experience the negative experiences. Instead, intense pain and terror can be released by using a simple breathing and visualization protocol.
