I: A Meditation and a Memoir - Paperback

For years I wondered what it actually meant to meditate. Then, through a process of very fine teachers, I learned that meditation was simply emptying the thoughts, feelings, emotions, and stories of the surface self, (which parades around as the true I), in order to go into the Silence and the Depth of Consciousness itself. This is where in meditation one experiences the Real Self (Truth) which is the same I found in all of Creation: the immortal Immaculately Conceived I, untouched by the senses but which gives life, energy, information and form to all things illuminating the senses. This immortal Immaculately Conceived I appears in meditation via a true emptying (kenosis) of one's self; then the shine (doxa) of OneSelf, I, can be visited at any time or any place all ways and always. Take a minute and visit your truest nature now in I: a Meditation and a Memoir.
