Most people can relate to having some health challenges these days where they need to find ways to incorporate healthy foods into their daily meals. I am one of those people. For years, I've struggled with thyroid disease and a few other health problems, which lead me to revamping my lifesyle and the food I eat...including desserts! Just because you eat healthy, does not mean you have to skip out on dessert! Many processed foods including box cake and brownie mixes have loads of chemicals and icky ingredients that I can't pronounce. What I do know is, many of these chemicals and fillers facilitate health problems.
