Robson, George D.: - George D. Robson holds a B.S. Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and M.S Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute. He is retired from the General Electric Company where he held leadership positions in domestic and international businesses traveling extensively throughout North America, Europe, The Middle East, Asia and Australia. He developed nd delivered training education at the GE Management Development Institute. He was project leader at GE R&D and a member of GE's Six Sigma Quality implementation team and Master Black Belt. He developed the new Product Introduction Process at GEAE and implemented it and Risk Management across GE. After retiring from GE he was a private consultant and VP of Juran Institute. He is author of Continuous Process Improvement, published by The Free Press.
