Histoire générale des Kamara - Paperback

Le Manden, une petite province au départ, s'est agrandi jusqu'à former un immense empire, sous la houlette des Keyita. Mais selon la quasi-totalité des traditions, les premiers habitants qui y ont vécu seraient les Kamara dont le premier ancêtre, Mansa Kiran, vint du Wagadu et fut le premier à s'installer dans le pays. Les Kamara étaient à l'origine des Kagoro. Le Manden doit son nom à ces Kamara qui vont établir, logiquement, la première dynastie du pays. En tant qu'autochtones, ils ont installé les autres clans, dont les Konaté-Keyita qui vont agrandir leur formation politique et fonder l'empire du Mali.

Manden, a small province at first, grew to form a vast empire, under the leadership of the Keyita. But according to almost all traditions, the first inhabitants who lived there were the Kamara, whose first ancestor, Mansa Kiran, came from Wagadu and was the first to settle in the country. The Kamara were originally the Kagoro. Manden owes its name to these Kamara, who would logically establish the country's first dynasty. As natives, they established the other clans, including the Konaté-Keyita, who would expand their political formation and found the Mali Empire.
