Katherine Boland's extraordinary life will never be summarised by the words 'could have', 'might have', or 'should have' - from the outset this Australian artist has grabbed life by the throat and jumped in feet first, from adventures as a hippy in remote New South Wales, to following her heart all the way to Egypt. Australia's own Eat, Pray, Love.
