Socialite, Noel Noirty, suspects that her dashing husband is having an affair. Not only is she devastated, but she realizes that her status in the community is due to her husband's yacht dealership and not by her own contributions. Unwilling to confide to her gossipy friends, she turns to an unlikely acquaintance, Francine "Fanny Pack" Pacque, a travelling business woman.
