My mom was a severe alcoholic and she let me down in a lot of ways. When she died I didn't know how to process the many feelings left over. So I wrote this book (with journaling prompts) to teach others what I had to learn the hard way. This book is only for people willing to stare their grief in the face and cry when they need to.
