Hearing God's Whisper: Discovering the Sacred in Ordinary Moments - Paperback

Would you consider yourself a seeker? Do you find yourself always on the lookout for God or longing to hear God's voice? Our journey of faith is defined by our desire to encounter the Divine. Drawing on stories from daily life, Sheri Dursin offers a view of spirituality that is rooted in the everyday experiences of ordinary life. Through stillness, reflection, and prayer, we can begin to hear God's whispers in our lives, we can open ourselves to the mystery of God's plans for our lives, and we can find God in the most ordinary moments. In these pages, you will be encouraged to find yourself in a sandcastle, a spider web, a bountiful garden, a frustratingly slow computer, or a pair of smudged sunglasses. God is present in all that we do, and if we are open to the invitation, we can find God anywhere. This book is a compilation of reflections, prayers, and poems originally published on Sheri's blog, Hearing God's Whisper.
