Dr. Keith L. Curry, a native of Portsmouth, Virginia, is the son of Overseer Carla D. Sessoms-Hawks and the late Deacon James E. Curry Jr. Though the youngest of his siblings, he has always carried himself with the responsibility of the eldest. His passion for ministry was nurtured early by his mother, who instilled in him the importance of remaining in God's will and rooted in the church.
