Healing-Empowered Alternative Poems (HEAP) - Paperback

Most of these poems are about my healing journey, which empowered me throughout my life and shaped my self-perception. I share both joyful and somber moments from before and after my healing journey. I believe it's important for others like me to understand that it's perfectly okay to invest in yourself by seeking guidance from coaches or therapists to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

That's why this book is titled Healing-Empowered Alternative Poems (HEAP) to inspire you, just as it inspired me. Now I'm writing books, and you can achieve anything you desire or become anything you want to become. Embrace the American dream and dream big, because dreams do come true. Just look at me-a retired state employee who is following her dreams and is now writing books, staying true to myself.
