Goodnight Mom, I love you - Paperback

Kelly, Karen Ritter: - I have always been a daydreamer, creating fantasy stories that were trapped inside never putting pencil to paper. All that changed when a tragic accident took the life of my youngest son. Feeling the need to release all my stored-up feelings, I began to write. I wrote in remembrance of Mikey and found it to be very therapeutic. Some of the most beautiful songs, poems and stories are written while in the valley. My husband of 41 years was a Seabee in the US Navy. After 26 years of service, he retired and we purchased our first home where we raised our two sons. My husband passed away in 2017. I continue to reside in Northern California with my oldest son and 4 dogs. I enjoy reading, writing and love spending time at the ocean where I find peace. I am a co-founder of a support group called Our Healing Hearts. We are a group of bereaved moms that reach out to moms whose children have passed away. It is a non-profit organization and has a 501c. I have a strong faith in God and am an active member of Harvest Time Church.
