Gizbar Elementally: Becoming His Sheep and Following My Shepherd's Voice - Paperback

This series of poems came to me during a season when I had no choice but to surrender and trust the Lord with absolutely everything in my life. "Secret Admirer" was the first poem I wrote thinking of the Lord. It was months before I wrote again. After that I was off to the races. I wrote every day for months on end. I had to write. I couldn't hold it in. Reading the bible every day on my personal channel on YouTube, combined with the trials and tribulations of everyday life and my mental illness, I had the perfect circumstances to allow myself to feel my emotions and hand them over to Him on a piece of paper. My hates, my resentments, my frustrations, my fears, injustices made against me, the darknesses of my life, giving up the custody of my children. I had minimal responsibilities. My day was filled with nothing other than to spend time with God. I never thought in a million years that I would have enough material for a book, even less, to publish one. But Life showed up as She always does and this time, I was fully aware and mindful of His presence in my life from day one. I was given the opportunity to rekindle my relationship with the Father. A relationship I never thought possible of existence. As I express my devotion and attempt to glorify His name through these poems, I believe that He is the original author of all my writings, and I am merely a tool for His greater purpose. Not only because He inspires me but also because all this material comes from Him. My goal is for the readers to know that He is always there, waiting on us to turn to Him.
