Rodrigo Dorfman is a Chilean-born, Latino award-winning writer and filmmaker. His documentaries have been screened at festivals around the world. His feature, FIESTA! Quinceañera, on the intersection of quinceañeras and immigrant traditions in the South, and his feature documentary, Quaranteened, were broadcast on PBS stations. His photographs have been exhibited at museums across the United States. He is an associate member of La Pocha Nostra and a community activist in his adopted hometown of (HE LIVES IN) Durham, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife Primm and their children.
