Gazing: More Poems and Musings - Paperback

In this, his third collection of poetry and other musings, Bob Kamm continues to expand and refine his capacity to touch a wider audience than is generally drawn to poetic works. These are real poems for real people from a man of extraordinarily broad life experience. There are poems here that honestly explore the joys, challenges and nuances of love relationships with exceptional sensitivity and lyricism; poems that visit the beauty, pain and complexities of family; poems that reveal the vulnerability and magic of childhood; poems that step into the world and take you from the raucous streets of New York City to the silence of California mountain tops and many places in between; and finally, song lyrics that are touching, illuminating and funny. These are works that should be read out loud in intimate places and wide open spaces. They should be shared with lovers, family, friends and colleagues. As you enter the pages of this book, you will quickly find yourself relaxing into the knowledge that you are in the hands of a masterful artist who truly does care about you and has the courage to ask you to care about him in return.
