This 4-CD set features Jacques Gamblin's reading (in French) of "La Tour d'amour" by Rachilde, a very important female writer of the 19th century's end (born in 1862). "La Tour d'amour," her most famous work, tells the story of two lighthouse keepers from Brittany lost in the middle of nowhere. One day, as a ship is wrecked, the young Jean Maleux finds out, at the risk of his life, the weird passion that animates his masters life.
