From the Streets to the Steps - Hardcover

Jimmy Pidgeon was born into an upper-middle-class, albeit dysfunctional family just before the turbulent sixties. As disco was getting up a good head of steam, Jimmy's life was spiraling out of control. From heavy drinking to reckless behavior, his "alcoholic career" was shorter than most. However, the damage done was plenty severe.

After numerous arrests, Jimmy found his way to recovery, a nursing career, and a contented, if not always perfect, life as a family man. This is one man's story of spiritual redemption; part memoir and part self-help guide.
