Freaked (DVD)

Outrageous comedy and weird hijinks ensue when teen TV star Ricky Coogin (Alex Winter, who co-directed), his friend (Michael Stoyanov), and a young fan (Alex Zuckerman) visit an amusement park filled with human oddities. The trio get a much closer look than they cared for, though, when the park's demented owner (Randy Quaid) transforms them with his "Tasty Freeks Machine," and puts them on display with the other freaks.
