This book also serves as the nutrition guide for the FAME series, community-based nutrition and cooking workshops that have been implemented in teaching kitchens across the country. Food As Medicine Everyday: Reclaim Your Health With Whole Foods is thoroughly researched, beautifully written, and elegantly illustrated.
