A bit of rain never hurt anyone, right? That's as far from the truth as possible for Tammy. She's a demigoddess with a water affinity and a rain allergy. It's just her luck that she lives in soggy England, where avoiding rain is simply not an option. It might be better if she knew what she could do as a demigoddess, but so far, she hasn't had any luck in figuring that out. Meanwhile, she's in charge of her little sister while her parents are at work, which really puts a crimp on her social life. However, her rain-induced discomfort is forgotten when while escorting her little sister home from school, she encounters a flash flood which cuts them off from their home. Luckily, a cute teenage werewolf appears with a spare coat turns up with some crazy suggestions for getting home - but will Tammy and her sister survive if they dare to try his ideas? The combination of teen werewolf and coat changes everything for Tammy - but for better or worse? This novella is the start of the Weather Gods series but can also be enjoyed on its own.
A shifter story with a difference, Flash Flood mingles climate science, werewolves and humour.
