This book is about the Happiness Cycle and showing how various aspects of our life interrelate to live life to the fullest. It discusses solutions to some of the main issues women are facing in the modern workplace like stress, anxiety, belief in self, health & aging, relationships, life purpose, love, and tips to learn how each of us has the ability to create lasting happiness in our life despite life's challenges.
Born in Germany, I worked in banking for 10 years until we welcomed our son into our family. In 1990 we moved to Canada accompanying my husband on a 4 year professional transfer for one of the world's largest software companies. We decided to make Canada our home in 1995 and started a consulting company that familiarized me with North American business practices including controlling and human resources.
In 2003 I retired from that profession to focus on family and my passion in health. I practice as a Holistic Healer now for over 12 years and love to educate and empower others of all ages physically and financially to live out loud.
