Familia

The present album Familia is based on the scenic music production "Familia" from 2018. The show is a creation by Stråf Vocal Strings and choreographer Maud Karlsson. It explores the concept of "family" in it's broadest sense and emerged from creative workshops with groups of children of different ages in Gothenburg. "Familia" tells the story about our need for context and togetherness. It deals with feelings of yearning, loneliness and many different aspects concerning the family. Scope, size and pets are dealt with and even the raindrops, the ocean and the stars are included.
