This album brings together two records for children recorded by the great Gérard Philipe. Firstly, the adaptation of "Sleeping Beauty", written by the choreographer and librettist Janine Solane and recorded with the Collegium Musicum of Paris. It offers a version of the most famous children's tale orchestrated with music by Vivaldi (note the participation of Maurice André on trumpet and Jean-Pierre Eustache on flute).
