Facing My Monster - Paperback

Facing my monster is a book to help children of all ages. It is a book to start the healing process for children dealing with pain, abuse, and most importantly trauma. It's a book giving children many ways to express themselves. They are given questions to answer and space to write, draw, and do whatever needed to be done to get the pain out. Both parents and kids see how people don't start out as a monster. How over time pain and hurt make people monsters. how the cycle can go on for generations. How hurt people can hurt people without meaning too. Facing my monster is used to show this to adults. So, this way the cycle can stop and the healing can start for everyone.
