Dante broke out of Hell, made a mess of Heaven, and turned the whole afterlife upside down in turmoil. But he still doesn't understand why everyone thinks he's a troublemaker. He's following what God wants him to do, after all.

So when God tells him that he needs to end the world, Dante does, of course. He soon realizes the apocalypse means the good die, chaos reigns, and the ultimate battle of good vs evil begins. But he's not worried about all that because he's dead-set on saving Alex. However, Alex has his own plans, which consists of siding with the devil.

Following God isn't as simple as he thought. When he is told to send Alex to his doom, Dante is torn. It's impossible to do both, and there isn't much time. Dante must decide to either save Alex or follow God's will-before the world ends.
