The Exception

In 1940, battle-scarred German officer Stefan Brandt (Jai Courtney) received transfer to Holland for a less taxing assignment-surveilling the exiled Kaiser Wilhelm II (Christopher Plummer) to prevent his exploitation by enemy forces.
