Helping Gwen is a genie named Patricia Oshner, a.k.a., Posh. However, witches and genies don't get along, and Gwen isn't thrilled about the pairing. But she also acknowledges the difficult challenges she might face, and Gwen is determined to make her new partnership with Posh work.

Gwen has until Christmas Day to crack the case and cleanse the castle. Though she's never met a house she couldn't fix, this assignment promises to challenge her perfect record.
