He has published more than 30 research articles in reputed journals and authored 5 books on academic and social relevance. He previously served as an NSS Programme Officer and is currently a member of the editorial board and a reviewer for various reputed national journals. He is also a Board of Studies member in various autonomous colleges. Additionally, he serves as an Advisory Member of the All India Council for Technical Skill Development (AICTSD), Government of India (MSME), and as an Academic Counselor for Online Programmes at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi.
