When the line between a fan and a rock star begins to blur, how do you separate the celebrity from the human within?
If you could befriend one of your idols during the pinnacle of their popularity, would you have what it takes to still be there for them even after their money has dried up, their fame has become yesterday's news, and their reputation has been tarnished to an all-time low?
Dreams Are Unfinished Thoughts is a raw, intimate journey through an unlikely bond between the troubled frontman of an up-and-coming rock band and one of their devoted fans, who gains rare access to the world behind the music-tour buses, backstage encounters, an unforgiving and cutthroat business, and those quiet moments far from the instruments-all while watching the singer silently battle the throes of addiction and self-destruction.
Against a backdrop of distortion pedals, radio hits, sweaty clubs, and a genre on the edge of the mainstream, this tale explores the tests of loyalty through the songs that save us, the people we can't rescue, and the memories that never fade.
