A great little mystery film from poverty row, this film features a terrific cast of characters with comedy and bits of film noir throw n in for good measure. Very entertaining with a good script, great acting and a believable, solid plot. THE STOLEN JOOLS starring Laurel & Hardy, Buster Keaton, Joe E. Brown, Eddie Kane, Joan Crawford, Norma Shearer, Our Gang, Edward G Robinson, Barbara Stanwyck, Gary Cooper and many more! This short subject was originally produced to raise funds to fight tuberculosis for the National Variety Artists. All Hollywood turns out to hunt down a thief and recover Norma Shearer's-you guessed it-stolen jewels!
