This book describes how life on earth is possible only because life has evolved to use the first and second most abundant elements in the earth's crust, oxygen and silicon, for protection from the toxic third most abundant element aluminum. The magic in paleolithic drinking water that provided this evolved protection for 2-million years of human evolution is a molecule called orthosiicic acid (OSA). This evolved protection has worked well until recently, when cultural practices counter to evolution have exposed us to levels of aluminum that exceed evolved protection mechanisms based upon OSA.
