Are you feeling stuck? Are you experiencing symptoms of physical or mental dis-ease that have no clear cause? Do you feel disconnected from your inner compass and from life? These symptoms can be expressions of unresolved traumas hidden in your body, attached to stories of fear, blame and victimhood. As Caroline Kimoto explains in this book, trauma is a universal experience and can open a door to self-exploration and spiritual growth. Walk through the door to release energetic cords that bind you to unresolved trauma so you can transform your life.

In Disarming Trauma, Caroline draws on her expertise in kinesiology, medical qigong therapy and teaching to help you reconnect with your body and spirit and redefine your old stories. This book will teach you how a prolonged trauma response can affect the whole self and help you recognize how this is manifesting in your life. You will learn a process to disarm the energy of your trauma and free yourself from the past.
