A widowed contractor (Thomas Jane) couldn't figure the odd new client (Emile Hirsch) who put thousands on the barrelhead to have the foundation ripped out of an isolated property-but the needs of his hearing-impaired daughter and helpmate (Harlow Jane) came first. It became quickly and violently apparent, though, that the customer and his no-less-disturbed lady friend (Liana Liberato) had no intention of leaving either alive once they found what they're looking for.
