The Duo Praxedis, harpist Praxedis Hug-Rütti and pianist Praxedis Geneviève Hug, have been reviving the unjustly almost forgotten tradition of the harp-piano duo since 2010. Rudolf Lutz, Rolf Urs Ringger and Xavier Dayer dedicate their compositions to the duo. The musicians combine these modern works with compositions from the 17th and 18th centuries - an interesting mixture, a cabinet of rarities.
