Drawn ashore in 1980s Warsaw by the sounds of a nightclub band-and transforming into young women-mermaid siblings Silver (Marta Mazurek) and Golden (Michalina Olszanska) are taken in by the club owner, at first intrigued by their charisma and unusual singing voices, and then sold after contact with water makes them revert to their natural forms.
