The Center for Creative Leadership is an international, nonprofit educational institution whose mission is to advance the understanding, practice, and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. We conduct research, produce publications, and provide a broad variety of educational programs and products to leaders and organizations in publice, corporate, and nonprofit sectors.

Corey Criswell is a product development manager at CCL's Colorado Springs campus. She is responsible for the In-House Solutions product line, which supports clients with practical, user-focused, do-it-yourself training and development. She serves as a member of the Senior Executive Research Initiative, which focuses on understanding leadership at the most senior levels. She holds an M.S. in ecology from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Talula Cartwright is a former senior faculty member at CCL's Greensboro campus. She was a trainer in several open-enrollment programs, and designed and delivered custom programs for clients in the corporate, private, and nonprofit sectors. A certified feedback specialist and executive coach, Talula holds an Ed.D. in higher education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
