Soon the conference room turns into a daily battleground, and a tragic event threatens to shatter the office into pieces.

Before he knew it, Noel was the glue that holds the office together. Along the way he forms relationships that will last a lifetime and become the foundation for the strength needed to win the war waging in the office.

Will Noel be able to drive the dysfunction and toxicity from the office and make Cramdler a workplace the employees are proud of?
