Computer Modeling and Simulation provides a comprehensive but concise analysis of the concepts, methods, and software for students, educators, and professionals in the field of modeling and simulation by computers. Stanislaw Raczynski's book can be used in preparing and delivering graduate-level courses. It is written rather as an encyclopedic reference rather than a regular textbook. The book contains more than 130 topics, from the general methodological issues to the particular implementation and main existing software tools. Some new and original concepts are included, notably functional sensitivity, application of the differential inclusions, and determination of reachable sets of dynamic systems.
